Additional notes

Burghfield & Sumhamstead Scout Hut is located on the edge of Burghfield Village surrounded by public woodland. It is ideal for a weekend camp either camping in the grounds or staying indoors in the Hut. When booking you get full use of the hut and grounds – costs are calculated based on number of campers & nights. ''''Open fires can be held in the grounds with plenty of wood available. There is a large amount of camping equipment, axes, ropes etc that can be hired for a nominal fee during your stay. It is a great base for exploring the Berkshire Countryside or Hiking down the Canal.
