Additional notes
Hut is usually taken with site. Not suitable for 2 groups (ie 1 in Hut and 1 on field) Hut includes kitchen area, with Electric water heater (By meter). Gas included in hire charge. Toilets - 3 separate toilets with sink and cold water supply only. Small wooded Copse, not big enough for bivvis etc but cubs/beavers love it! Good hedge around site for shelter. Good sun trap. The site is suitable for Cub Packs especially when taken with the hut.
